We appreciate your patience with us as we have had to navigate some challenges in the HCC program over the last two weeks and it has taken our attention away from some of the meetings we had planned. Therefore\, we are hoping that you all will be available to reschedule this meeting to 7/14/25 at 11 AM. \nAt our meeting we will be discussing some new information that we received regarding the two different approaches we have to consider in moving forward with funding requests. \n  1.  Have one region apply for Enterprise Funding through the SB25-031 pathway. This request would be for funding that would cover 12 months for the entire state at $1\,500\,000. \n  1.  Have RETAC or HCCs request that CDPHE apply for 1331 funding to bridge the funding gap between now and general session @ $800\,000.  (I am not fully clear as to why the funding request would be less\, but assume it is covering a lesser amount of time and would carry more weight with support for the long bill that is due to go before session in January.) \nAttached is more information on these two options. DESCRIPTION:The three-day awareness level course will discuss the need for tactical medicine\, the equipment used by law enforcement and tactical medics\, and tactics used during these types of situations. Included in the course will be an emphasis on the role of a tactical medic and the officer’s self-care. \nStudents will be exposed not only to classroom learning; but also to hands-on experiences and scenarios. DESCRIPTION:Dear stakeholders\, \nHFEMSD is hosting a rules revision roundtable discussion for 6 CCR 1011-3 – Standards for Community Integrated Health Care Service Agencies\, related to the licensing of CIHCS Agencies. This rule revision is in response to the Sunset Report from Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies (DORA) and the accompanying bill extending the program\, Senate Bill 25-192. All interested parties and the public are invited and welcome to attend. \nThe second meeting will be held Tuesday\, September 16\, 2025\, 1pm-3pm\, and subsequently on the third Tuesday of each month until May 2026. All meetings can be attended remotely via Zoom. This second meeting will be held in a hybrid format\, attendees can participate either in-person at the CDPHE campus or remotely via Zoom. \nUse this Zoom link to join the meeting on September 16 at 1pm. If you’re attending in-person\, join us in the Snow room at CDPHE’s main campus\, at 4300 Cherry Creek Drive South\, in Denver. \nIf you are interested in participating in updating 6 CCR 1011-3\, please sign up to receive notice of each meetingand other important information related to this rule revision.
