Aims Community College is seeking a skilled and experienced leader to direct its Emergency Medical Services (EMT & Paramedic) programs. This full-time position oversees day-to-day operations, accreditation compliance, faculty supervision, and program development. The Director also serves as the official Program Director for CAAHEP accreditation.
💰 Salary & Benefits
Hiring Range: $74,836 – $78,578 annually (based on qualifications)

✅ Minimum Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree + 4 years related experience (2+ in leadership/supervision)

NRP or CO State Paramedic certification or equivalent academic background
-
Experience in prehospital emergency care & EMS education
-
Strong understanding of EMS standards and equipment
-
Current CPR/First Aid/AED certification (or ability to obtain)
🌟 Preferred Qualifications

Master’s degree in EMS or related field

Experience teaching EMS/Paramedic programs in higher ed

Familiarity with programmatic accreditation and curriculum design
