The EMS Training Lieutenant will oversee continuing education, EMS protocol compliance, equipment/supply management, and patient care documentation review, while also supporting community risk reduction efforts.

Minimum Qualifications

  • National Registry and Colorado Paramedic certification

  • Associate’s degree required (Bachelor’s preferred)

  • 5 years of EMS experience (3+ years in fire-based EMS preferred)

  • Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record

What You'll Do

  • Deliver high-quality EMS instruction and hands-on training

  • Oversee patient care reporting and QA processes

  • Collaborate with the Medical Director and EMS partners statewide

  • Serve as a mentor and leader to EMS personnel
