Refund and Returns Policy

The Northeast Colorado Regional EMS and Trauma Advisory Council (NCRETAC) is committed to supporting emergency medical and trauma professionals through high-quality events, education, and resources. Below is our policy regarding refunds and returns for registrations, physical items, and grant-funded materials.

1. Event and Training Registrations

Cancellations by Participants

  • Cancellations made 7 days or more before the scheduled event or course start date may be eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 7 days prior may receive a partial refund, depending on incurred costs (e.g., venue, meals, printed materials).
  • No-shows are not eligible for refunds.

Cancellations by NCRETAC

  • If an event is canceled by NCRETAC, participants will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer registration to a future event.

2. Physical Items (Merchandise or Equipment)

Returns and Exchanges

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for defective or damaged items.
  • Items must be unused and in original condition.
  • Exchanges may be allowed for sizing or defects, based on availability.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom merchandise, opened medical equipment, and perishable items are non-returnable.

Return Process
Please email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for the return. If approved, you’ll receive instructions for mailing the item back.

  • Purchasers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was incorrect or damaged upon receipt.

3. Grant-Funded or Subsidized Items

Some items distributed through NCRETAC (e.g., bicycle helmets, pediatric restraint systems) are funded by state or federal grants and provided at low or no cost.

  • These items cannot be returned for monetary refund.
  • Defective items may be eligible for replacement, depending on inventory.
  • Please notify us of any damaged, lost, or incorrectly delivered items to ensure proper documentation.
