🚑 Minimum Requirements:

  • 18 years of age or older

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • Valid driver’s license; must obtain a Colorado driver’s license within 1 year

  • Current Colorado or NREMT Paramedic certification

  • Current CPR, ACLS, and PALS certifications

  • Valid CPAT certification

The Hudson Fire Protection District serves 96 square miles in southern Weld County, including the Towns of Hudson and Lochbuie. Operating from two fully staffed stations 24/7, HFPD provides fire suppression, prevention, emergency medical services, and public education as part of its mission to serve the community with excellence.
