Dear Patient Tracking Task Force Members,

We apologize for the late calendar invite for today’s meeting and understand that a last-minute meeting prevented many of you from being able to attend. We appreciate your patience with us as we have had to navigate some challenges in the HCC program over the last two weeks and it has taken our attention away from some of the meetings we had planned. Therefore, we are hoping that you all will be available to reschedule this meeting to 7/14/25 at 11 AM.

At our meeting we will be discussing some new information that we received regarding the two different approaches we have to consider in moving forward with funding requests.

1. Have one region apply for Enterprise Funding through the SB25-031 pathway. This request would be for funding that would cover 12 months for the entire state at $1,500,000.

1. Have RETAC or HCCs request that CDPHE apply for 1331 funding to bridge the funding gap between now and general session @ $800,000. (I am not fully clear as to why the funding request would be less, but assume it is covering a lesser amount of time and would carry more weight with support for the long bill that is due to go before session in January.)
