About This Committee
The Workforce Development and Support Committee is a standing committee of the Northeast Colorado Regional EMS and Trauma Advisory Council (NCRETAC). The committee works on EMS workforce recruitment, retention, career pathways, and leadership development across the nine-county region, and makes recommendations to the NCRETAC Board of Directors. The committee is advisory and does not hold final decision-making authority.
All meetings are open to the public, may be recorded for transcription purposes, and public participation is encouraged.
